Should I offer my baby only one breast or both?

This is also a very individual thing. If one breast satisfies your baby and it usually falls asleep after nursing, then one is enough. If not, offer it the other breast.

If baby stops feeding without ‘empting’ it, begin the next feeding with the breast baby last fed on (the half full one). It is very important to maintain that order so the production of milk goes naturally. As your baby grows, the production will adjust to it gradually.
Older babies usually satiate with only one breast.
Babies know how much they need. Follow their demand, but also let their stomachs rest for at least 1 and a half hour.
